1. Return Eligibility (7–14 Days)

You can request a return within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or not working
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or opened products
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7–14 days of delivery
  2. Provide order details and issue description
  3. Share proof (photo/video if required)
  4. Our team will review and approve the request

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you can also request:

  • Product replacement (same item)
  • Exchange with another product (price difference may apply)

6. Processing Time

  • Return approval: 1–2 business days
  • Refund processing: 3–7 business days after approval

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to رفض any return if conditions are not met
  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
